We bought the GHS in September 2023. My wife and I love it. In the past 12 months I have used it a minimum of 6 times per week. I usually use it after I get up in the morning, before I go to work. I'm 57 and it feels like a fountain of youth!

We absolutely LOVE our 3 person GHS sauna! Two people fit comfortably, three might be too close for comfort. So many chromotherapy lights to choose from but we mostly use the red light. Thumbs up to Erik who always answers our calls and questions.

I have owned mine for about 4 years. Love it. But I loved their customer service. After the first year we had a small issue one of the boards. Their team came out, fixed it, took care to not dirty my house. Fantastic.

I purchased a sauna from Sunlighten, however it did not function as promised - it did not heat to 150 as advertised. After extensive back and forth, troubleshooting, and confirmation my setup was done correctly, they went silent on me. Suddenly, my emails were “undeliverable” and emails from my alternate email went unanswered- for weeks, until they closed my ticket “because I could not be reached.” Please avoid this company and their products

I was so pleased with my sunlighten sauna when I first purchased! Now after 11 episodes of getting the below message, the only customer service answer to my multiple requests is, “ we are aware of this issue” I should not have this issue with a brand new Sauna, not too mention the money I spent on it. I feel a new tablet should be sent out or atleast a manager to call me back.

What a waste of time. I had an appointment for 2:15pm today, confirmed via email as well as a reminder email this morning. I took time off today and drove 25 minutes to get there only to be told that they didn’t have my appointment. Their attempt to resolve the matter was to ask me if I wanted to book another day when they had availability. Complete lack of concern. This is incredibly frustrating that they lost / cancelled my appointment with no notice for no reason. Highly disrespectful of my time and schedule.

BUYER BEWARE. I had researched saunas extensively before landing on the Clearlight Infrared Sauna. Part of the reason I decided on this sauna was also the app to start it remotely, as it takes 45 minutes or so to warm up, so I use the app to get it started while I am out on the mountain or in meetings so it's ready when I can use it. This was a value add for me, so if it is for you too, keep reading....For the amount of money you pay for these saunas their customer service is HORRIFIC. Absolutely horrific. My app to control the sauna worked great from Dec 2020 until Dec 2021 at which time it just stopped working. I repeated the setup instructions I had received, and then I researched all over the internet and forums to get it working again, following all the instructions I found.I don't normally write these types of reviews but have been so disappointed with my interactions with them that I feel the need to. Save yourself the time and effort and go with someone else. There are tons of infrared sauna options on the market and this company just doesn't deserve your business if you are looking for good customer service after investing a fortune in their product.

I would not recommend the Sanctuary Retreat from Clearlight. I purchased it in November 2023, it is now almost Feb 2024, and I still cannot use it. The floorboards are warped so badly that clients would get hurt. And the bench board is broken, both pieces were wrapped perfectly, which means that the quality control dept let this go. Customer service said the items would be replaced in 7-10 weeks. They would not do anything else for the major inconvenience.

Get ready to wait, and wait, and wait, and then wait even longer. I ordered a clearlight infrared sauna in June - I just received the most recent email saying it will arrive into their warehouse in early April. Horrible experience to date - feels more like a bait and switch. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered from a different manufacturer.

Bought a TENS unit from this company in November 2021. Failed in Aug 2022 and has a 2 year warranty. Have tried using the chat function on their website, twice, to contact them. Have emailed them. Have called, twice, but no one answers. Have posted on their ******** page, and sent them a private message through their ******** page. NO RESPONSE! Can't get a hole of anyone!!! Stay AWAY from this company!!!

I purchased my Health Mate Sauna 3 years ago. Every year the controller breaks and I wait months for a replacement.The last time I called in for a replacement panel which is under its lifetime warranty, I was told I might wait up to eight months for a replacement panel. This was after many phone calls and many emails. My last email was more aggressive. I stated that they either get back to me immediately or I would escalate this into a court action. Only then did I get a call back and only then was I told I would wait eight months. It took me two months just to get a callback. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Their customer service is terrible!

I just experienced the worse customer service from Health Mate. I purchased a 3 person sauna from them mid 2011. I used the sauna at the beginning then stop following the birth of 2 kids. Now that they are older I want to use it again and noticed the display on the control is not working and infared led panel is not working. I contacted the company via email follow by a strand of emails back and forth to diagnose the problem. I told them since the control still works I can live with not seeing the number display on one side. I just need a new led panel. I was told I need to pay for the led panel because even though it is “lifetime warranty “ it is the lifetime of the led which has expired. This is truly a case of false advertisement. One reason I went with Health Mate is because of their lifetime warranty claim. I could of bought a comparable product for half the price . Furthermore, after I threatened to leave reviews of my experience they then said the new panel will not be compatible with by sauna. My brother is an electrician and he said this is just an excuse for me to go away. Hmm..if you consider buying a sauna, find a company that operates with ethics.

I am really disappointed in the quality of construction. Most pieces are stapled together with very small and weak staples and I've had 3 pieces of wood fall off the main frame just getting it out of the box. Most panels have a lot of splinters of all sizes. I haven't even put this together and am hopeful the electronics work because I had to get rid of the box and packing materials. Many pieces of wood are thin and more delicate than I would have anticipated and I am scared to attempt repairing the pieces that came apart for fear of creating more damage.
